Key word into Amazon.com "Wix Oil Filter Honda Ridgeline" Several will come up. You can check to see if they fit your particular year. Here's one:

Note that the NAPA gold filter is also a relabeled WIX.

They only differ in that the WIX p/n is 5 digits and the NAPA is 4:
51356/1356 (old p/n) or 57356/7356 for the current p/n. WIX changed the baseplate which necessitated the p/n change.
