You can check the programming and see if it's been changed - Settings-Vehicle-Driving Position Setup-Memory Position Link should be On.

HTH,
Bill

This probably won't help... but I have a '21 RTL and the 'press unlock, release, hold unlock' feature to roll all windows down did not work. I scanned it with an OBDII code reader and it retrieved a code (sorry, I don't recall which code) that indicated a communications fault was found between the window switch and the vehicle's computer. The dealer was able to address the issue with their equipment - no parts replaced.

Anyway, if you have access to a code reader (I have BlueDriver as well as a few others) a scan may help you track down the fault. Wish my response was more helpful, but good luck!

Hey Vince, did you figure this one out? Same has happened to me a couple months ago on my 2017 RTL-E...Fob and buttons on the door worked until they didn't. And the option in Settings, Vehicle aren't there at all for enabling or disabling. Anyone know which fuse powers the seat memory controls in the door? Thanks!

It may just need a Driving Position Memory System (DPMS) memory clear. Or it may be something else completely (Power Seat Control Unit, Power Window Master Switch, MICU, etc)

But to find out what's going on first, you can put the body control module (B-CAN) into self-diagnostic mode and pull the codes from it without an HDS - just using a special procedure. The resulting DTC codes will tell you where to go next for troubleshooting (e.g. U0199 30, Bxxxx yy, etc). There may be multiple ones, so be sure to take a pic and/or write them down as you go through them (assuming there are some codes there).

Procedure is here, but first you'll need to visit honda estore and open any accessory install manual in order to get access:

DPMS wiring diagram (for 2017-2019) which shows which fuses are involved:

So, when my RTL-E was in for a warranty replacement of the torque converter last week, I asked them to check on the Seat Memory system. They did a cursory check of fuses + who knows what and said they would have to pull door apart (and charge me some time) to dig deeper. I passed as I've lived with it not working for more than a year. Well, after picking my RL up after TC repair, the seats started moving on startup and it's working properly now. I called service and they said the battery had to be disconnected as part of TC replacement so that must have reset the system - which was Zerog2K's first suggestion.

Our CR-V had this issue as I mentioned previously. I forgot to update that the solution was the dealership did a factory reset of the computer system and started working again. We didn't totally lose all of our settings. Not sure if they saved them or if its a partial reset. It actually took quite a while to do but it solved the problem. Not sure if the Ridge has a similar procedure but might be something to look into for anyone struggling with this problem.
