I started having this issue since I had the START button replaced und er warranty. Once it was replaced the next day I started having problems with the dash lights flickering on and off and the wipers turning on by themselves and s clicking noise coming from under the steering column and the alarm would come on by itself when the truck was locked. They replaced the START button again after a week and it’s still was doing the same thing.
Now lately I’ll stop the truck and go to start it again and everything is dead. No lights nothing just a clicking noise coming from under the dash/steering column and when I push the brake the clicking stops and sometimes pushing the start button the noise stops. So far the only way to start the truck is to disconnect the positive battery post
for a bit.
Anyone have this problem?

If replacing the start button twice did not fix it, I would guess they are completely mis-diagnosing the issue. The odds of three start buttons being bad are extremely low.

We’ll the first time the button was changed was with a service bulletin because I was getting a start button warning on my dash then I got these other issues the next day when the button was replaced. Clicking sound under the steering column when the truck was shut off and the dash all lighting up and gauges moving so they replaced it a second time but it’s still doing the same thing only now it has failed to start 3 times now and it goes completely dead but with a clicking noise under the dash.

I know too, that a defective battery can cause all sorts of crazy problems. Perhaps you should have it checked.

Sometimes batteries can test "GOOD", but truly are not.
