Posted my experience with the keyless start system problem about a month ago in another thread. Suggest you find it.
Dealer Told me it could be the battery. It’s not!
It’s the push button start switch.
Dealer told me not under warranty and they charge $450 to replace the switch.
I bought the part online and replaced it myself with help from a video posted in that previous thread.
Took me less than 15 minutes. Easy.
Problem solved. Error message has not returned.
Often the hardest thing about replacing a part is knowing which part to replace. How did you determine it was the start/stop switch?

Intermittently, I get the message "Keyless Start System Problem" and it's more often than not lately. First noticed this when my "walk away auto lock" quit working. Now I don't even hear the first beep when I start to walk away from the vehicle, I have to lock with the FOB. It locks and unlocks fine with the FOB. But the doors don't lock when I put it into drive and start taking off. Now, my phone is unpaired and I can't pair it back, the system cannot identify my phone. Remote start also no longer works.

Same thing with the second FOB, however, the "red" indicator light above the lock button is extremely Faint, you can barely see it when you push down one of the buttons as compared to the first FOB. I'm not really sure at this point which one was the original FOB. But I did take the battery out of the second FOB, just in case it was interfering with the first one. Nothing changes. Both FOB's have brand new batteries, and the truck battery is registering 12.77 volts even though it is still the original battery.

So obviously, I'm looking for help. I read there was a recall on the start/stop switch, called the dealer to verify, they say no. If that switch is defective it seems awful funny it could also affect the phone syncing.
there is a service bulletin to replace the start button. Aso extends warranty on start button to 125 k miles and 9 years from in service date. Mine is getting fixed in 2days.
