Hello friends. I'm shopping online for a 2025 RTL this month and I keep seeing these sub-trims like RTL +, or RTL AWD at dealers in the Northeast. All for more money, of course. When I check the Honda site they aren't shown, does anyone know what these are?

Welcome to the forum!

If you're shopping for a new vehicle, just go by the trim levels on the official Honda site.

If you find one you like, check and double check exactly what you're buying, with details in writing.

Good luck,

Siouxsie

I'm pretty sure at least 5/10 dealers will give you back a quote for that ;)
Easily since many of them tried to finesse a RWD used truck on me when I was still shopping used before going new on the RL.

“Oh I missed that it is RWD. It is still the best truck we have taken in trade condition wise. Local trade. Retired owner that we have known for years. Only drove it for errands and to visit the grandkids next town over. You really don’t need 4WD if you have decent tires and know how to drive. You will get better gas mileage and the transmission will outlive the body.”

At least the + “packages” are semi legit on the Honda website. A couple years back when everything was scarce, a few of the local dealers would buy cheap knock offs of floor mats, bed covers, running boards, roof racks, advertise them as a trim package and add 5k to the second sticker.

And they were wrong again. Honda never offered the Ridgeline in RWD. The 2WD models were FWD (front wheel drive). Fortunately the 2WD models never made it to Canada :)
