Notice the 2021 latest images. The front of this 2021 appears to have the 1.5" lift. My local dealer has a 2020 model on display where they indicated a lift kit was installed at the dealership. Salesman says the dealership would install a lift kit on a new 2021 RL-E if I purchase the vehicle. I have my doubts.
Anyone else hard of the Honda Dealer agreeing to sell the vehicle w/ lift installed? What aftermarket lift kit they would endorse or use?

1. Don't put much faith in that image - it's a computer-generated rendering - not a photo of an actual Ridgeline.

2. You can read all about lift kits and warranties in the thread below.

In short, Honda says not to install a lift kit. They don't sell them or warranty them. However, they can't stop owners or dealers from installing them at their own risk.

^^^ To my eye, that doesn't look like a 3" rear lift because it should still have the forward rake if lifted 3" front and rear...but maybe it's the camera angle?? AFAIK, the only lift available in that size is the Traxda 3.5" which requires their front axle relocation kit. A 3" rear lift would require adjustable ball joints to get camber back in spec. As a total package, the 3" front/rear lift is a ballsy modification for a dealer to pre-install, IMO.

Jsport offers only a 1.5" front lift and a 0.75" rear lift for the 2017-2020 RL. They have an affiliation with Honda Racing and a network of registered Honda dealerships, some of which pre-install Jsport accessories on RLs, Pilots, Passports and CR-Vs before sale for added profit. Other "authorized dealers" will install Jsport accessories after the sale. Jsport promotes their products as maintaining Honda factory specs and vehicle warranty. Obviously, the Jsport components themselves would carry no Honda warranty, and some factory specs will be modified by lifting the vehicle. It has been implied that the modest lifts/leveling kits developed and tested by Jsport for the RL fall within the vehicle's design tolerances for safety and performance, but there is no proof of this and the owner accepts all risks of modifying the vehicle, including any associated safety system failures.

Buyers should expect to sign a liability waiver when they purchase a dealer-modified (lifted) Ridgeline. IMHO, all it would take would be one successful driver or passenger injury lawsuit from a rollover accident to upend this after-market business model. I sincerely hope that does not happen, but as we all know, there are no guarantees in life. YMMV and to each his own.

Wow. Didn't realize ANY dealer would install this aftermarket part and not void the warranty on the front end. Mine refused. I would have browsed all the Honda dealers in the area. Going to do it anyway. I have a Truxx 1.5" front end lift kit on the way. Holding on to my 06 till all the dust settles lol.

All all I'm new to the Forum you guys are talking about jsport there in California. the phone number is 866 343 5510 I have talked to one of the workers who answer the phone talking about basically how tall you could lift a Ridgeline he said there system will lift the front 1.5 in rear 3/4 . they are the only company that works closely with Honda Motorsports he was telling me that they wouldn't recommend lifting the Ridgeline any higher than that. They would recommend if you do with their system you can install 255 60 18 without rubbing

2021's have been out for 2weeks. I don't think there is much if any info posted here yet.
Honda changed the offset on wheel from 55mm to 45mm. We don't know if they changed any other suspension components but I personally doubt it. With the 2017-2020 Ridgelines, lifting the vehicle actually makes rubbing MORE likely. 2021 is probably the same and it just goes to show you that your J-Sport source is either trying to sell you their kit or doesn't really know their stuff.

After having a "06" lifted and drove it till "18" and bought a new "19". I would love a lift but its just not worth it to me. My new RL does just fine in all the things I put it through, the same as my "06" the lift doesnt help much at all but just the looks and $$$$. Its all about tire choice under your driving habits and what you do. Honda needs to build another RL truck......Im still on stock tires and go through the same logging roads as my "06" lifted RL with no problem. When it gets tough thats where my SXS comes out.

Lifted my 2019 Ridgeline a few weeks ago. The local Honda retailers wouldn’t touch lifting the vehicle, but after some research and talking with a few local repair shops, I went with a 2” front lift from “Traxda”, who seem to have a focus on the Ridgeline. The 2” front lift leveled the truck out nicely. Also kept the same rims, but went with a new set of Falken Wildpeak AT tires (265 vs. 245).
