As you can see from the pictures I gained 1.5 inches in the rear and 2 inches in the front.

I have the same truck and would like to do the same.I have questions. Thanks for taking the time to consider them.
Does the lift effect the headlight alignment? How about all of the road sensors, nav assist etc?
how pricy was the whole process ?
cheers

Headlight alignment I am not sure yet. I might have to lower them. I will check on that. As for sensors all is within factory spec according to the president of Jsport. I have only put about 30 miles on so far, but no issues to speak of. All said and done with the new tires looking around 2,000.

kit is around 500 after shipping
Tires 900
Install 500
Alignment 70

Install was done by a friend who owns a mechanic shop/auto sales. He estimated 3 hours for install, but took closer to 5. He said there were not any issues it just took a little longer than expected. He only charged me for 3 hours of labor. The president of Jsport is also very helpful and gave me some tips to pass along as well a number to their mechanic. The Jsport lift is very high quality and he runs promotions and sales that makes it a good price. I’m sure other lifts are also just fine, but this one I knew would line up to spec and not rust being all aluminum.

Perfect! I have been looking to increase tire size to 265. Do you mind taking some pictures looking down the side of the vehicle? Despite some more offset in the 2021+, still wish the tires/wheels weren't so inset. Does this package bring the tires out a bit more to be flush with the fenders?

Hi there,

Jsport has a 1.5 lift and a 1.5 leveling kit. I went with the lift kit and that does have 3/4 spacers for the back you are correct. It just raises it a little more when it’s all said and done. Maybe my measurements could be off slightly or the road is uneven too.
Either way they do make a great product and I am able to run bigger tires with no rubbing and ride quality is still very good.

Nice. Readers should note that the larger tires alone raised the truck about 0.5" front and rear. Adjusting headlight aim after lifting is highly recommended unless a person likes to be frequently flashed by oncoming vehicles.

I'm running Discoverer AT3 4S tires on my lifted RL and they are quiet now but the real test will come when they are worn. Many folks complain about noticeably increased road noise when AT tires reach the halfway point of tread wear.

Love the look. Do you rub on full lock as my dealer is saying Jsport recommends 255/60/18 as you will rub with the size you have?

Interesting. I know that when Jsport first offered their leveling kit with custom wheels and tires, they were configured with "proprietary" 17-inch XD wheels and 245/70R17 Nitto Terra Grappler tires. Those Nittos were spec'd at 30.3" in diameter which is slightly smaller than industry standard. That's also slightly smaller in diameter and narrower in width than the 265/60R18 tires that sometimes rub. Anyway, I suspect those 245/70R17 Nittos allowed Jsport to avoid the rubbing issue, despite the 1.5" front lift.

I want to avoid rubbing issues and be able to run low-clearance cable chains on the front wheels of my RL, so for me, there's even less room for error when it comes to wheel well rub.
