Hi Guys,
It's been a year or so since I've been on the site. Since then I sold my 2019 and now own a 2022 RTL-E.
I've noticed when the engine is cold the transmission tends to slip between 4th and 5th. I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar issue.

I think what you are describing is normal. It has to do with dog clutch speed matching. Perhaps this video will help you understand what is going on (4:49 is where the dog clutch details begin and it explains that "lag" or "slip" feeling you are describing:
