The usual 500/600mlml bottle of brake fluid is good. Also, dont have to stick with Honda brake fluid - as long as you use DOT 4 and up, you are good. BOSCH Brake fluid is compatible with DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 and they are by far the most inexpensive and you get 1-quart (~950ml) of it for under $20.
Also, I failed to mention it. You would also need to change out the master cylinder. Centric ones are my go-to, but you can also get Cardone or AC Delco, or other decent remanufacturers are good. You need to bench bleed the master cylinder, before you throw it on the truck. I bench bleed it in the truck - bolt it up to the truck, connect the bleeding lines to the reservoir and pump the pedal to circulate the fluid and bleed the cylinder. I have gotten the best results out of it. If you are changing everything else, them the master cylinder is a must.
For a Full fluid exchange, you will not need more than 600ml, when done right. Also, dont forget to get bleed screw caps. Reuse old ones or get new ones, if the replacement caliper does not come with one. Some of the calipers I have gotten never came with it and I either reused old ones or used the caps I bought off Amazon.
