The Gen1 Ridgeline (2006-2014) came in either 17" or 18" rims and would fit on every model year of that generation using different tire sidewall heights. I believe the Gen2.(2017-present) had a slightly different offset on its rims but can work depending on your application, but I could be wrong about that.

Oh OK. I am just so confused because some places say the rims are the same for all years and some others said no, just by generation.

Your 2006 has 17 diameter x 7.5 inch wide wheels. If you Google 2006 Ridgeline wheels for sale, there are sites that have them. If you want wheels other than OEM there are a lot of sites with wheels that will fit your RL.

Same stud pattern
10mm offset difference from gen1 to early gen2 (55/45)
All will cross functionally fit on an early Gen 1 with steelies, but get the right lug nuts for the rim. If your plan is to keep your tires and swap to OE alloys, you'll be limited to early Gen1 alloys at 17".

My experience of Gen1 alloys to early Gen2 alloys (both 18") HERE with pictures of the result.
