Bumping an old thread. My door pillar sash on the right side (passenger front) is bowing out on my '22 RTL and I want to replace it. I saw this thread and removed the screw under the weatherstrip, but the sash doesn't want to move at all and I don't want to force it. Has anyone who has removed this part can provide some guidance?

Thanks, Kevo. It looks like I will need to loosen the chrome trim along the top and bottom of the sash. I'll give it a try soon. When I had the RL in for its first oil change the dealership said they would replace the sash under warranty. When they said it was all set, I paid for the service, went to look and they had not fixed it. I returned to the desk, waited another 45 minutes only for them to tell me that they didn't have the part. It was the usual "we don't give a #%$" treatment, so I'm trying to do it myself.
