No, purely on part numbers.
possibly, there is a subtle differences in the front engine mount location - which is the most obvious one. The rest of the suspension pick-up points for the LCA, mounting for the Steering rack
Hard to tell, but I would imagine that it is 99.99% the same as the '06-'08.

Just did a quick check: Part no. 50200-SJP-A00 is the same for 2009-2013 Ridgelines (RTS and Sport models). Probably all models as well.
