OP, I went into buying a used RL exactly where you are. Used prices are just not where they need to be relative to new. A Honda with 100k normally wouldn't bother me. However, a 30 thousand dollar 100k RL kind of does. Especially when the 6spd are (at best) in need of regular fluid changes that most owners probably didn't do.

All the research I do lands me right back to either wait, or buy new as long as it is for MSRP.

Congrats! 74k is the sweet spot between usable life left and good value. I would start by changing the atf fluid and watching for any shifting issues. Once you are sure the fluid is clean and it drives 100% you should be good to go.
