I recently bought the HondaCare warranty for my 23 RTL-E a week before the original warranty expired. Bought from Hyannis Honda and paid $900 for 5 year / 80000 warranty with $100 deductable. Hope I don't need it, but with all the electronics on my truck, I felt it was a good deal.
