5.Torque converter replace and a control valve before total trans replacement. 90k
6. Ignition on computer replaced (Alarm would just go off). 60k

And now the charging system light and All wheel drive light is on.

2. Common issue. There are several threads on this issue. Honda extended the warranty on the injectors to 10 years or 150,000 miles.

7. I may have seen one other report of a wheel bearing, but that's pretty rare.

The charging system and AWD may be the battery fan.

It looks like you've been hit with most of the common issues. At least you don't have any water leaks.
