I have been using a Purolator One since buying my '08 Ridgeline new. I'm close to 250,000 miles so far. I was recently reading about the Purolator BOSS and wondering, since I pull a trailer quite a bit, if it might be a better choice. Any comments?

They both claim "99% Dirt Removal Power™". I reckon that I would keep using what got my truck to 250,000 miles (dance with the one that brung you) and not be caught up in the stuff that might or might not make a difference.
