Ventilated Seats for USA Ridgelines

A friend has an Infiniti with A/C seats (not just ventilated) and they are wonderful. I’m told the seats have a dedicated compressor for the task, but I’m skeptical about that
I'm not familiar with Infiniti's cooled seats, specifically, but some cooled seats use Peltier coolers while others simply route cooled air from the air conditioning system to the seats. I've never seen an automobile that uses more than one refrigerant compressor, although I believe there's one very high-end model that does - seems like maybe it's the half-million dollar Rolls-Royce Phantom? Certainly no Infiniti does.

Absolutely insane that the Canadian version has cooled seats but not US versions. I'm sure there is a business reason for this. I'd love to know what the justification is.
I'm not aware of any mid-size truck that offers ventilated seats except the Canadian Ridgeline. Perhaps Honda can't justify the added cost for the US market while the Canadian market demands/expects the feature.

As for warranty and all of that, I've only had it for a year, but the Honda dealership in MN said the warranty is valid.

So I've yet to have warranty work done, but 2 dealerships in my area say no big deal. Perhaps it's because there are so many border cities it's more common here.
The only way I know of for a Canadian Ridgeline's warranty to remain valid in the US is if a Canadian owner moved to the US and submitted all required documentation to Honda. Perhaps that happened, but there can't be much, if any, factory warranty left on a 2019 Ridgeline. The oldest 2019 Ridgelines are now 5 years, 2 months old.

I've had a vehicles with ventilated seats, but even here in Texas, it's not a feature that I demand unlike a heated steering wheel - particularly in an EV that can precondition or maintain cabin temperature by running the A/C without having a gasoline engine idling.
