OBD2 has no power, which fuse does it use? No mention of it in the manual, 2008 RL.
Where is OBD2 fuse?

Came here to say it is not a obd fuse it is actually a ECU fuse. The ECU outputs the OBD signal. And when that fuse goes out it disables the Fuel injection control of the ECU which basically turns on everything hence the name "FI ECU". So the ridge will not start. Wander why that fuse blew though?
