I just bought a 2008 ridgeline with a shot AC. I got a pretty good deal on it, especially considering the market, but I know I've got to take it to a good mechanic to get the list of to-dos and fix the AC.
Unless otherwise advised, I absolutely refuse to go to a dealership. But based on the limited info on auto service sites, I I can't figure out how to find a good honda mechanic. I had a great Saab guy and excellent BMW guy, now I need a Honda guy (or gal).
I live in Northeast Minneapolis, Minnesota and I know there has got to be a home mechanic or small shop savant somewhere around here who is an absolute honda whisperer. Please refer me!
