There are two fuse boxes in the engine compartment. Check both. Also check the on in the driver foot well.

There are approximately 50 fuses spread out in those three boxes. I was hoping I wouldn't have to go through each of them.

 

20A fuse #18 in the primary underhood (driver's side) fuse box. Page 378 in the Owner's Manual.

What are you trying to power?

The outlet can only provide 100 watts (enough for a cell phone charger or electric razor, but not much else). Anything above this and it'll shut off automatically until the ignition is turned off and back on.

 

On my 06 I plugged in a 12v inflator to the center console outlet. The inflator stopped working after a few moments and the console outlet was non-operational even after ignition cycling on and off. I figured it was a fuse but never had a chance to investigate as this was right before my truck was totalled.
