They should bolt right up, no problem at all. Center bore, offset are all the same. Those were probably made in the same factory as the early gen2 sport wheels, very similar looking.

 

Correction: the offset was changed to 55 on the 2021 model - same in 2022. The wheels should fit fine, but they'll be inset a centimeter more into the wheel well, if you care.

 

Pretty sure it is the other way around, they went to 45mm on the 2021/22, it was 55m on the 17-20.

 

I don't like the way the Pilot looks like its wheels and tires are tucked in under the body....Perhaps you can go with wider tires to compensate.

D’oh - you’re right, 55 offset on Gen1 and up through 2020, 45 offset (wider track) on 2021 and later. Sorry for the brain cramp - tried to clarify and made it worse.
