I just ordered from Crutchfield the tweeters center speaker four door speakers all hertz, and they fostgate sub. Will get them installed this week and relay if there's a noticeable improvement. my 2024 sounds no better than my 2020 but the head unit is definitely faster.
Which trim level? I thought the BE 450W unit was a big jump over last years stuff. I'm hoping the base stereo can be improved because I'm leaning toward the DSBP TS at this point.

I installed the four-door speakers, the two tweeters the center speaker and a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer on the stock locations. The sound is better but I think I have lost some bass. So I’m going to add an amp and a dsp. They will be installing that next week. $1400 I really did not want to spend but I think it will dramatically help the sound. One of the big problems is no subwoofer adjustment on the 2024

did you do 2ohms all around?

The exception is the sub the sub you either have to do as a one ohm or a four ohm. Crutchfield said to do it as a one ohm that the head unit can handle it but still not enough bass.
It seems crutchfield only suggests dual 2 ohm or 4 ohm woofers. Do you know if the OE sub is 4 ohm? I'm not saying many 1 ohm 8" shallow subs. Trying to see what the options are to squeeze out the most bass without having to run a power wire to an external amp.

This my first RL, RTL, and not too happy with the sound system. The quality of the sound is ok, marginally better than my Maverick was. It certainly not loud enough for me. Turning up the volume to max shows "40", roughly half way on the screen on the top. Is that normal for a '24 sound system?
Thx...

So they installed the amp and the DSP today. What an amazing difference compared to just the speakers alone. Not cheap about $2900 for the speakers and amp sub and DSP but definitely worth it. I would give just the speakers only about a 30% Sound upgrade and with the amp hundred hundred percent plus. Really does sound fantastic

What sub set up, what outage? Pics?

The sub is a Rockford Fosgate 8 inch that fits in the stock enclosure. The amp is a JL Audio XDM700/5 and the dsp units were AudioControl LC7iPRO for the sub and the speakers and a AudioControl LC2ipro for the tweeters
Nice to hear someone liking the stock sub location when given more juice. Most people say it's not enough even with a amp, happy to hear a good report. Did they fill the sub with polyfill or strengthen the box rigidity?

One of the problems why it’s an issue on the 24 is there is no longer a separate subwoofer adjustment on the radio. It is just treble, mid range and bass so when you adjust the bass your adjusting the door speakers also and it just muddies it up. Using the amp Of course you can set it individually.
