Destination A/T 2 compatibility

I'm in the market for new tires for my 2019 Sport. I live on a reserve in Northwestern Ontario so I deal with snow and ice in the winter, and unpaved roads and wash outs in the summer. I've been looking at the Firestone Destination A/T 2's as they have the 3peak conditions rating but also seem to drive nice and quiet on highways (all off-reserve driving is highway driving up here).
The problem I'm encountering is that on all the major Canadian retailers websites (Canadian Tire, Kal Tire, Fountain Tire, etc..), they say that the tires are not compatible with my truck. Yet on Firestone's website it says they are.
I'm wondering if anyone has put these tires on their stock wheels and if so is there any fitment issues?
Also I'm very open to other tire suggestions if you guys have any. Thanks!

I suspect the problem is the 104 load rating (max=1,984 lbs) for the Destination A/T2 in the stock size for the RL (245/60R18). Honda specifies a 105 load rating (max=2,039 lbs) for the RL, which is what the stock Destination LE2 is rated for. If you up-sized to a 265/60R18 Destination A/T2, you'd get a 109 load rating but may also have rubbing issues. The larger diameter tire would also affect gear ratios, handling and mpg. That said, there are plenty of ROCers running 265/60 tires on their G2s and diggin' it. You might try looking at sizes and load ratings on other brands of AT tires.

Also consider an all-weather tire which is a little more geared toward winter than an all-season tire, without being a pure winter tire. Toyo Celsius CUV is one, also Nokian WR S4 or S3. both get good rating, good grip in wet and snow, quiet ride. 105H load rating on both in 246/60/18
Michelin LTX A/T2 would also be a good tire, I ran them on and off road on a company truck checking gas wells. Pretty quiet on pavement, good in rain and snow and off road. Not super great in any one category, but work good in all.

I will add that i had Destination A/T's on my 12' Ford Escape for around 115,000 mi. The first set lasted about 40k and the second set went with the car when i sold it to a lady down the street. That thing was unstoppable with those tires on it. Mud, snow (feet of it), rain. They were EXCELLENT tread patterns with some noise but minimal IMO. I would easily recommend the original A/t's easily. I haven't tried the 2nd version but the tread pattern looks the same as the 1st version. The Escape's AWD system was totally automatic and I'm sure that helped me out more than once too as i just kept going in the mess I'd be driving in. Even pulling my snowmobile trailer. No problems ever. Just thought I'd throw this out there.
