Typically you need a dealership to do that with a HDS. I have heard of folks doing similar chip reprogramming using high end diagnostic/programming tools, but I have no interest in it to look further.
You may want to call a licensed locksmith who claims they can reprogram the system when cutting a key with a new chip.
