Driving my 2019 Ridgeline and the transmission indicator flashes then the blind spot indicator came on. The P was flashing with a line through it while driving. Pulled over, checked the transmission fluid and it was fine, cleaned off the sensors. The indicators have not reappeared again yet. Any insight? Thanks.

Flashing shift position indicator means a transmission fault. Did you get a message in the MID saying the “Transmission System Problem”? How many miles on the odometer and how long since the ATF was changed?
See this post for a similar problem

Welcome to the Ridgeline Owners Club, @Ksully1!

The blind spot indicators will be disabled if certain problems are detected with the transmission which is why you're seeing the blind spot problem message.

If you're not seeing the "transmission system problem" message mentioned above, it may be as simple as an externally-mounted range switch that is used to determine which position you have the shift lever in. If you do see the message, the chance of you needing a new transmission just went up by orders of magnitude.
