Honda Financial absolutely the WORST customer service....come on get it together

As much as I love Honda metal Honda Financial as a lease service company is the worst I have ever encountered.

#1. No way to communicate via chat-text-email on website

#2 When you call the only person you will speak with quickly is someone who can help you make a payment. Anything else..your screwed

#3 You finally get to customer service department and you will be waiting minimum 25-30 minutes for an agent.
- No call back option
- No voicemail-text-email option.

If you hang on long enough someone who has absolutely no ability to help you will answer.

Very frustrating experience. In this day and age totally inexcusable.
