How To Hardwire A Dashcam?

I'm trying to use a piggy back fuse in the fuse box underneath the steering wheel but can't seem to find a fuse that goes off completely when the ignition is off. I tried to piggyback off the radio fuse but it must not go completely dead because my dashcam comes on when when the ignition is OFF. I tested the radio fuse with my tester light and there is some power on that fuse when the ignition is off.

I need to find a fuse that is completely dead when the ignition is off. Any ideas?

My Ridgeline is 2011 and slot 29 is being used. I google a fuse diagram and it's says slot 29 is empty but that must of been for a different model year. Was your slot empty? I guess it doesn't matter if I'm using a piggyback fuse.

Update: ended up using slot #32 ACC 7.5 amp breaker. Works great!
