with the nature of LEDs, you're going to be even more disappointed after you swap.... there is little to no flood effect right now with current replacement LED microbulbs. save the money

 

LED replacements can be found at http://www.superbrightleds.com. Other owners have had some
success w/ LEDs. Do a search and you'll find info just about any bulb
replacement.

They fit perfectly, put out a reasonable amount of light, and since they are SMT they cast light evenly instead of directional. Honestly, I bought them more for the look than the output as there aren't many leds that can approach the output of an incandescent.

As a matter of fact, here's a list of everything I replaced so far with leds. I haven't attempted the little led up in the overhead console or the center console, and haven't messed with brakes, flashers, etc yet. I am however patiently waiting to buy a set of Da Truks HID reverse lights!;

Vanity (visor) lights - these are like little fuses. I was quite excited to find them. Also, I'm not sure, but I think this might be the glove box light? I bought and extra one just in case.
