I recently purchased a 2025 ridgeline sport, upon delivery, I noticed that all the screws were rusted on the mud guards.

Is there a possibility of honda replacing these when I go for the first service appointment?

I took delivery in March of this year but the truck spent most of the winter outside at the dealership.

This canadian sport model comes with the mud guards directly from the factory.

Will call the service department to make sure they have the situation on file and ask for replacements.
Thank you all for the support.

That's ridiculous. It showed signs of rust in 6 months. The logical conclusion is to replace them every 6 months. I need to inspect mine I might have unknown screw corrosion.

I've seen rust on my brake rotors after sitting a day or two in the rain. But I only use them to stop so I'm not real concerned. I was going to demand new rotors but everytime I get to the dealer the rust is gone.
