Problem 1:
I was sharing (and loving) a 2019 Ridgeline with my husband and he just traded in for a 2022. Now -- the driver seat automatically moves back and down every time I open the door. I would like disconnect this feature.
Problem 2:
I can't get the memory setting to register on Driver 1 and Driver 2 - synced to the fob. It would be very helpful if both of us did not have to adjust the seat every time we get in the truck. Obviously, it bothers me more - because he is not looking for answers - but, I'm pretty sure he will appreciate it if I can figure this out.
I'm hoping someone on the forum can help me because I drove out to the dealer to have someone help me with settings. A very nice man pushed buttons and assured me it was reset - but, I foolishly did not turn off the truck to see if the settings were going to work. And they did not. So, rather than drive back to the dealer, maybe someone has some suggestions.
I did try to find this information in the owner's manual - but, I did not see anything. Feel free to give me page numbers if it's there -- and I'm just not looking in the right place.
