Looks like a good price, but I would like to know if any members have this radio and what they think of it.

DVD?
iPod connectivity?
need for an additional antenna?

I've been considering the D1 and the D2 and from what I understand, both are iPod compatible with adapter, both have navi, and neither play DVD's; DVD rom only for the navi. Also both D1 and D2 have rear camera inputs and video and audion RCA inputs.

 

I would buy a heck of a lot more from Costco if they would take credit cards. At least not in the Costco's up where I live.

The return policy at Costco is second to none, but credit cards give you free extended warranties. Twice the manufacturer's warranty, in most cases, means a lot more to me than a good return policy. Just last month, I saved 450 bucks when my son's Toshiba laptop died after 16 months of use. My Visa card paid for a replacement motherboard.

Here in the good 'ol USA, the Costcos take AMEX only. In the past they accepted Discover but never Visa or MC.

 

That may be changing here, that was the same policy at Sam's Club now they take Mastercard and an associate told me it would be long at all before they had Visa up and running too.

Same here in Canada. I forgot about AMEX. I wonder if they offer free extended warranty like the other cards. I'd be all over that as I'm a regular Costco shopper. Plus the AMEX earns you money back. I always pay my card bills, so it's a true savings for me.
