I have received and been testing the new RV-6P J-Pipe for the 2nd Gen Ridgeline. As is typical with their product it fits perfectly and was pretty easy to install. It's 304 Stainless and fully TIG welded with a 300 cell high flow cat. Bottom line it's really freaking nice. It should be available to purchase this week (retails for $599) he's currently making the first batch of 10 units. In the meantime here's some photos and I'll answer questions here when I can!

These photos are from the day of install. I didn't have a lift so I couldn't get the entire thing. I then proceeded to take it on a 1000mi road trip the next day... It did great and I noticed about a 1mpg increase in hwy MPG's. ZERO drone and only the slightest of noises... Turns out it was the subframe stiffner being a smidge too close. Only occurred under hard acceleration so I avoided that until I got home.... That's when I got a lift and took the following pictures and spaced the subframe down! (This was a thing on the 1st Gen as well, the kit will include spacers)

This next photo shows the rear pipe bolts.... They are a pain but they include a crows foot wrench so you can get in there and tighten it. I got it good on day one so when I popped her up on the lift to get these photo's I checked it and it was still tight.

These last two photos show where I spaced the subframe Stiffener down. I used some heavy duty stainless washers I had from a previous project but like I said, the kit will have spacers included.

I'll reply to everyone real quick.

Have not gotten it on a Dyno yet, I'd like to. Seat of the pants feeling with just a drop in K&N filter feels great. Low end significantly picked up and I'm curious to see how it feels towing the camper.

I'm working on a video of the sound, it's a subtle difference and you can really only hear it from the rear. Hopefully I'll have it edited together and up on YouTube this week. (I'm not a tech guy)

Yes it comes with the Catalytic converter, fresh bolts, gaskets, and spacers. Very good deal for the money. My assumption would be it will still pass smog but it's California so who knows. I'm in DE and they just plug into your OBD2 and this doesn't throw a code soooo.

I'm honestly really happy with it. I'm going to be doing my own exhaust, no one has an exhaust out for the 21-22 models yet with duals. Probably make my own mid-section with a high flow straight through muffler and resonator. See how it sounds with quality exhaust clamps then have it welded up by a pro once I'm happy with it. Obviously I'll document it all here.

Just updated my first post but it will be available on the website this week. He's currently making the first batch of 10 units. Get em while they're available!

I would love to see those Dyno numbers, and to know when the site gets updated. Thanks!

Do yo suppose you cold use this will the new dual exhaust system that has been developed for the 2017-2021? crowd. It looks really nice and can be tailored to a persons overall needs.

Q: Did you open open the exhaust from stock to get a more free flowing setup? (example. 2"- 2.5" to a 3" in your setup)
Q: Did you have any codes come up or error messages from the computer kicking on it?
Q: Clearance issues all ok? No issues?
Q: True bolt on?

Thanks for intruding this product, I am interested for sure.

This does open up the exhaust in terms of flow but it's the same diameter just much more free flowing.

I have zero codes or error messages.

Clearance is tight but clears everything once you install the included spacers on the subframe Stiffener.

It is a true bolt on. Just have patience with the rear pipe bolts. They're tight but doable.

Almost forgot, I have a 2021 wit the factory dual exhaust. It fits perfectly. They only changed the back half for 21+ not the front half. The only downside to the dual set up is that there's 3 mufflers and a resonator on this bad boy now. My goal is to tweak the main muffler and resonator and leave the mini mufflers right before the tips to combat drone.

Does anyone have ANY references for a J pipe on a factory Gen 2??
It's a great price, I just want to see what I should realistically expect (gain, or even loss) from this bolt-on.

I would assume the seller will be posting before and after dyno runs (or you could baseline yours now, and after)...else you're paying big bucks for a "sound"...

You may even lose power, who knows until its proven?

It is live folks! Sorry I was away for a few days.

And to answer the "Does it make Power" questions. Yes they do. I had the same style J-Pipe on my 2008 TL Type-S. It picked up power everywhere as well as MPG and sound. I'll get it on the Dyno soon and I kept the stock one in order to do a back to back.

They're not free ya know.
Kind of like this pipe you're selling....

I am not sure why you'd think someone would pony up almost $700 for a pipe which has no proven performance increases. Suckers are born every min I guess.

If you provide actual data on what (if anything) this does, you might get some buyers. Although, I am not sure many will considering the modifications you need to make to the subframe to get it to fit. Just my .02
