I am loving this thread. Congrats on your RL!! I currently have a 19 Sport and I love it. I have put 41k miles on him, but decided I wanted more creature comforts that my wife's 23 Pilot Elite has. So we ordered a 25 BE Sonic Gray (three weeks ago) that is being delivered today and I pick up this Friday. on my 19 I had a LiteRider roll up bed cover that was about $350 and it has been great. It does leak in areas, but that was due to my poor installation skills while installing it. I am moving over my dash camera, Honda Rear Seat cover, Honda front and rear mud guards, Honda all-season floor mats, Amazon Hood struts ( Amazon.com ), and I had the front of the 19 protected with clear Paint Protection Film ($750 installed) which has saved the front from many rock chips, and a dash cover from Costco, which is not a perfect fit but does the job.

Hope you enjoy your new BE!!

The OEM bed cover on my RL has been great, and waterproof. A bit pricey but great quality.

Great that all the accessories from your 19 will fit your new BE!!

If you are interested in only the top tray, here is the option I have with good results.

Thank you!

I'm thinking the same. So the top tray can still be used without the bottom section that comes with it?
I believe it can but I put it in because it has to go somewhere and I've got "junk" literally everywhere else so it was least obtrusive that way.

Floor Jacks

I'm thinking of getting a new floor jack to use on both my cfar for my car and also also my Ridgeline truck.

The one I'm looking at lifts to 20".

Do you know if this will be sufficient to get the Ridgeline's wheels off the ground or should I get a jack with a higher lift?

Thanks, best wishes

Siouxsie
In my experience [83 yrs and counting] when dealing with floor jacks[and I have one of those heavy weights that you push around on wheels, and a long handle], never, EVER slide any part of your body under a vehicle held up with any hydraulic system. That hydro jack is there ONLY to raise the vehicle!! Once up, I use steel floor posts, and better yet... I have a few short timber blocks made from laminated 6x6 timber. At the end of the day, hydraulics can fail, jack screws can shred, and those steel floor stand pins [made of aluminum] can shear, but heavy wood blocks won't buckle. One more very important note: Always, ALWAYS use a few wheel chocks to prevent rollout of the vehicle. One cannot be too careful when you life depends on it. Oh.... and don't forget to wear some kind of googles! LOL!!

FWIW:

Crazy as it may sound, one of the things I like best in my 2023 is that it doesn't have the high arm rest style console, but rather a low one a bit lower than the seat bolsters. Reason why I like it? It fits a regular size box of tissues virtually perfect. The 2023 has fold down ratchet arm rests on the seats for those who want to have an arm rest, personally I don't use them. Used to driving a trucks with bench front seats (S-10 and Ranger).

Another plus with that console, I can drop three or four small flat rate boxes in the opening when I make a run to the post office to send out parts I make.

But that's just my preference. Most people would probably prefer the higher console with arm rest top.
Yup. That console has been so useful over the years, with photography inserts, boxes as you described, a plastic jar of Planter’s Peanuts, etc. so many things fit just right.

You are going to love the 2025 BE. I have one and the same color and also had a 2019 ridgeline rtle. It is a huge improvement over the 2019!

Just got new RL this week. Ordering extras.

1. Are there mudflaps out there that are " no drill". Can someone recommend a make?

2. I like having a wind deflector on the front of the hood. I prefer minimal impact on the painted hood. I know a lot use double sided tape.
Can anyone recommend a make that has minimal impact and maybe no tape?
I used weather tech.

Hi,

I am very excited! This evening we ordered a new 2025 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition! In black! It should be delivered in about 3 weeks.

After a couple of test drives, I was hooked. What a lovely truck, I love it.

This will be my first truck and first ever Honda vehicle.

I name all my vehicles & power equipment (all Honda). The truck's name will be Shen, short for Shenandoah, my favourite area to visit and take vacation.

So which accessories do you recommend?

Best wishes

Siouxsie
