As some of us prepare to enter negotiations with dealers, it would be really helpful to share some key information here to help others:

(YYYY)Trim Level (RT, RTS, Sport, RTL, RTL-T, RTL-E, Black Edition)
Exterior Color
City (County) and State of Purchase
Final Price Before Tax and Trade-in
Incentives and Discounts
Trade-in Involved (yes/no)

Reason to ask if there is a trade-in involved is that makes it really hard to determine the actual price paid for the new vehicle. Getting some sense of whether people are paying MSRP, above, or below, especially where no trade-in is involved, will help others in their negotiations.

Thanks!
2025 RTL
Platinum White Pearl
Austin TX area (purchased in Houston TX) MSRP was $44830
sale price was $40830 (plus taxes and fees). It was $4000 off MSRP.
(Included win tint, tail gate black out Pkg, body side molding, all season floor mats and wheel locks)
No trade in.
One of the easiest transaction I've ever had. No BS at all. Dealer also had 58 Ridgeline's so figured they'd be willing to negotiate which they were. I leased for those who might be interested in leasing. Lease rate was 1.66% (Honda Lease) and with $6K down, monthly payment is $387/month. I did a short 2 year lease with 10K miles per year. This is my first truck ever and while I love driving it wasn't sure I would want to keep it so did the two year 'test drive' :)

Florida:

2025 Ridgeline, Black Edition, upgraded paint color
$49,100 Price (+$5.2k mostly made up value of dealer installed accessories, worth about $500 if I purchased equivalent generic after-market)
- $5,101 Discount
Function Package (bed cargo net, utility hooks, door sill film, all season mats) + trunk tray, wheel locks, window tint, running boards
= $48,115 OTD

I also had 2 offers with fewer accessories (no running boards) for around $47,800 OTD.

Little Rock Arkansas

Paying it forward. Hope this helps someone. The forum posts helped me - Thanks!
Internet deal was structured oddly but the bottom line was acceptable to me.

2025 BE
Sticker was $48,600 including transportation and pearl white paint.
Discount ($2000) plus another ($500) military was = $46,100 plus TT&L

Military discount was kind of a PITA, they did not do very many but figured it out. Needed to finance $10k @ 2.9% for a couple of months to get that discount. Dealer also let me put $5k on my credit card for an additional 2% cash back.

Anyone shopping in Los Angeles, CA I highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina. They sell a lot of cars and it was a very easy transaction. No BS adds, accessories or warranties (most dealers around here add a bunch of accessories). I drove 40 miles each way but it was worth it. My guy was John Gomez.

2025 BE Radiant Red
MSRP: $48,600
Selling price: $44,539
2019 RTL 47k trade; "good" condition (small dent, slight hail damage, normal scratches, very well maintained): $21,000

TTL: $2,141 (8.75% tax)
Doc fee: $175

My trade was really worth $22-23k so some of the discount belongs there.

Overall, happy with my price given very low inventory in my area. Most bittersweet trade I've had on a daily - I have adored my truck and have many great memories with it. Here's hoping the new one is just as great and was worth the upgrade.

2005 Black Edition SGP
Central Jersey
$48.6 Sticker - $4,500 discount, no incentives = $44.1K
$23K Trade-in
$749 doc/$1,447 NJ tax/$421 fees
$23.7K due

It helped to shop some of the more aggressive PA dealers across the border who were willing to provide a full quote in writing without dealer add-ons + lower doc fees. From there at least two NJ dealers were willing to match the discount and go more aggressive on trade-in to come close to Carvana's appraisal.

2024 Trailsport Platinum White Pearl
$46k Sticker
$4200 Discount + $2000 incentive
$12000 Trade with $8500 payoff
$499 doc fee; $1900 ttl; few more fees that didn’t add up to much
$3500 down
3 year lease

Went in on Dec. 31, 2024, dealer was looking to move 2024 models. Overall deal was better than several Ford dealers were offering the previous week. Deal included several “protection packages”.

IL-WI

New 2024 Ridgeline RTL Platinum White Pearl w/ roof rack and running boards

Purchased 12/27/24
MSRP $45,880
Dealer Discount $7,031
Grad Incentive $500
Total Before TTL+Fees: $38,349
Total After TTL+Fees: $41,831

2.9% Honda Financing. I went with the 24 model year as many dealers are trying to move them, I was able to get some pretty great savings on these models and also the special financing deal is better on 24 model year. I do not believe there is any difference between the to model years. I am thrilled with the OTD price and a near 16.5% off MSRP. I am bit late to posting this as I am new to the forum.
