My 2006 Ridgeline sits outside, and I have issues getting to the middle of the windshield to clean the ice off. I have a long handled scraper, but it's hard to exert much force when the ice is hard. I could leave it run until it warms up, but I prefer not to do that.
Snow and ice windshield cover makers say they will keep the windshield clear, but it looks like I would have a problem getting it connected on one side, flipping it over to the other and then connecting it there. I also wonder about removing it in the morning.
If I were really tall this wouldn't be as much of a problem, but I stopped growing up quite a few years ago. :act002:
So, does anyone have first-hand experience with using a windshield cover for snow and ice?
