This is an update to a previous thread!
I took a ride on the beach last night after I pulled the VSA fuse.
WOW!!!, what a difference. I could play around slide around be all crazy without the VSA kicking-in and slowing me down.
Full power driving all the time. Remember when you have aired your tires down to drive on the beach you can't disable the VSA by the swtich.
I know that under most circumstances you won't need to pull the fuse but it sure was nice not to ahve the VSA bog me down.
Having the VSA on while drving on the beach may actually help get you stuck!
When the VSA kicks in you lose tthe ability to control power to the wheels when you need it most on the sand! almost happened to me. Luckily, with the VTM-4 locked I freed myself. The only reason I was almost stuck was because I was testing the truch with and without the VSA and my driving was very agressive
