Don't worry they are not "hard "left turns.

My son has a 2006 with 79K miles. We just had a battery issue that set off all his warning lights. We got that taken care of. Thanks for the good advice.

The tires were worn in front we I replaced them with more Michelins.

My son now says that when he is traveling over 40 and travleing on mountain roads (he lives in the CA foothills) there is a vibration and shaking that takes place when he turns to the left.

I cannot believe it si the tires...but do not know.

Also, I don't know what kind of weather you get where you live, but we just had around 8 inches of snow. On the interstate today, the steering wheel was shaking pretty badly at 65mph and the back end was wobbling all around. I pulled over to see what was going on. Frozen snow and ice was packed inside of the rims causing the wheels to be imbalanced - causing the shaking. This may be something you want to check out, it's not something most people really think about...

It does sound like it could be the front RIGHT wheel bearing, especially if it gets louder when you shift the weight, by veering left.

I hope they get it right or you might have a Blue, Blue Christmas.

Why in the world would it be $600 ???????

Shop around. There are parts list and prices here: www.hondapartsdeals.com Labor shouldn't be much more than 2 hours, but what do I know? You can also get parts from NAPA, etc.
